Welcome to the online submission portal for NLRAThe abbreviation for an ISS National Lab Research Announcement. NLRAs are one of the ISS National Lab’s primary mechanisms to solicit proposals in specific research areas. 2025-1. This platform facilitates the submission and in-processing of Step 2: Full Proposals, including budgets and required forms. Offerors must complete all required questions in the online form and upload the necessary documents. Files can be replaced or updated at any time before submission.

How to Complete the Proposal Submission Form:

• Save Progress: Click “Save and Exit” at the bottom of the page to save your work and complete the form later. A link to the partially completed form will be sent via email.
• Submit the Form: Finalize submission by clicking the “Submit” button. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
• Get Guidance: Look for tooltips marked by the (i) icon for helpful information throughout the form.

A document outlining the required information for the online proposal submission form is available for reference. Offerors are encouraged to review and prepare the information offline before entering it into the form.

The deadline for Step 2: Full Proposal submissions is specific to each offeror and was provided in the Step 1 notification letter.
