Short Name: Wet Lab Kit

Facility Description

The Wet Lab Kit is a soft goods caddy that contains tools and consumables to support in-orbit sampling. The contents of the Wet Lab Kit can be selected from a list of certified items that can be adjusted to meet the needs of each experiment. Once in orbit, the Wet Lab Kit can be resupplied using the Wet Lab Resupply Kit. The certified Wet Lab Kit supply list contains items such as vials, syringes, needles, gloves, and blunt needles. The Wet Lab Kit can also contain sample manipulating items such as the Disposable Glove Bag and associated hardware. Furthermore, absorbable material is included in the Wet Lab Kit for the cleanup of any sample or reagent that could escape during sample processing operations.
