As NASA’s prime contractor for the International Space Station, Boeing designed and built all the major U.S. elements and is currently responsible for sustaining engineering as well as ensuring the successful integration of new vehicle system, avionics and payload hardware and software. Boeing has partnered with NASA to successfully integrate every payload flown to date on the ISS the Boeing checkout, assembly, and payload processing services team has processed all U.S. provided ISS elements/payloads launched from KSC.
