Step 2: Full Proposal Online
Submission Form for the Orbital Edge Accelerator Program

All invited offerors must submit their Step 2: Full Proposal, budget, and other required forms where requested in the online proposal submission form. To access the form, click the “GO TO PROPOSAL SUBMISSION FORM” button at the bottom of this page. In addition to uploading proposal documents there, offerors must complete all questions asked in the online form. Uploaded documents can be removed and replaced as needed prior to submission.

During Step 2: Full Proposal preparation, offerors are strongly encouraged to talk with an Implementation Partner(Abbreviation: IP) Commercial companies that work with the ISS National Lab to provide services related to payload development, including the translation of ground-based science to a space-based platform. for feedback regarding feasibility and compliance with flight requirements and capabilities.

Instructions for Completing the Proposal Submission Form:

• The form can be saved at any juncture, allowing for submission at a later time, by selecting the “Save and Exit” button at the bottom of the page. However, access to the form ends after the specified proposal submission deadline. Upon opting for this feature, an email containing a link to access the partially completed form will be sent.
• The Proposal Submission form will be sent to CASIS(Abbreviation: CASIS™) The nonprofit organization that manages the ISS National Lab, which receives at least 50 percent of the U.S. research allocation on the International Space Station to facilitate research that benefits humanity (NASA manages the other 50% and focuses on research for space exploration purposes). upon clicking the “submit” button. After submission, you will receive a prompt email confirming receipt of the form.
• Throughout form completion, informative tooltips, identifiable by the (i) icon, provide supplemental details when hovered over.

The deadline for Step 2: Full Proposal submissions is September 9, 2025.
