Train Like an Astronaut

This is one of many activities in NASA’s Train Like an Astronaut project. The activities were published in 2012 and were inspired by Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative. They can be adapted for elementary through high school students.

In the Crew Assembly Challenge, participants will assemble a puzzle quickly and correctly to understand the importance of dexterity and hand-eye coordination. This activity is a great way to practice communication and problem-solving skills.
