A Night at the Museum: Seeker’s Beyond Human Nightlife Event
Tonight, curious minds will gather at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, California for a night of wonder and innovation at Seeker’s Museum Series event, Beyond Human Nightlife. Hosted by popular science content publisher Seeker, the event includes a series of talks, live demonstrations, and virtual reality experiences.
At the event, ISSInternational Space Station National Lab Associate Program Scientist Liz Warren will give a talk discussing tissue engineering on the International Space Station (ISS) and advancements in the field of regenerative medicine. In June 2017, the ISS National Lab and the National Institutes of Health National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) announced the selection of five “tissue chip” investigations focused on human physiology and disease to be conducted onboard the ISS.
the ISS National Lab and Seeker have been working together in an ongoing partnership to feature ISS National Lab science content on Seeker’s website and on their new space-focused digital channel, Seeker Universe.
