Orbital ATK’s Cygnus is Headed to the Space Station

Orbital ATK CRS-9 successfully launched from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia this morning at 4:44 am EDT, and the solar arrays on the Cygnus capsule have deployed. The Cygnus spacecraft, which is carrying several International Space Station National Lab payloads, is expected to berth with the ISS on Thursday, May 24.
